The space
This 4570+ sq. foot home is a luxurious Tahoe gem: three stories of lake views, gorgeous custom architectural design, and luxury furnishings make this home your key to an unforgettable Lake Tahoe vacation, staycation as a work-from-home alternative, or for families experiencing unanticipated school closures . The layout has ample space for gathering as well as privacy or social distancing.
The keypad-accessible front door opens to a sweeping foyer. To the right is the room I affectionately call the "Youth Hostel”: four twin beds, a large circular table perfect for games and dining, TV, board games and a dedicated full bath ensure that any singles or kids staying on the first floor has a thoughtfully designed space of their own. Many of my guests and their kids have enjoyed this space immensely.
Enjoy one of several stairwell lake views on your ascent to the house’s sweeping and elegant second level. Here, a fully-equipped and lavishly-updated kitchen wows with its long custom breakfast bar, wine fridge, and state-of-the-art appliances. Extensive seating, large windows and an elegant formal dining room make dining in just as satisfying as going out to one of the area’s many renowned eateries.
Slightly recessed in a modern split-level design, two spacious, sun-splashed living areas face out towards the timeless sparkle and beauty of Crystal Bay. A cherrywood finished luxury billiards table and media room is flooded and resplendent with natural light, while a more formal living room features an oversized leather couch with comfortable seating for seven or more that is centered around a grand and fantastic gas log fireplace next to one of the countless lake views this home has to offer.
On the third story, you’ll find the luxury guest suites. The master suite boasts a gorgeous King-sized four post/canopy bed and sweeping lake views from all windows. His and hers double vanity, oversized walk-in shower and private detached commode make up the stunning master bath. Gorgeous Tahoe waterfront vistas from a luxury jacuzzi tub: does life get better than this?
The remaining three guest suites all feature queen beds, with one room featuring a bonus twin. With five bedrooms and three and a half baths, this breathtaking home sleeps up to 13 in extra comfort, privacy, and space.
Crystal Bay is an absolutely unparalleled location in Lake Tahoe; tucked in against the pristine and serene North Shore and halfway between the towns of King’s Beach and Incline Village. Be on the mountain in minutes: Northstar, Diamond Peak or Mt. Rose are conveniently close, Palisaides (formerly Squaw Valley), Alpine Meadows, Kirkwood and Heavenly are all well under an hour away. This is the perfect place for winter vacationing!
Summers are just as spectacular. In fact, when you read bios of "locals", many indicate they came for the Winters, but stayed because of the Summers.
Our "shoulder" seasons, Spring and Fall are stunning as well. That said, there's no bad time to be in Tahoe!

I wish I can give more than five stars. House is super clean, beautifully decorated, very spacious and comes with an amazing lake views. Host is very communicative and responds really fast to any messages. We were group of 8 in our party and this house was slightly big for us but everyone slept comfortably. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. We did not get much time to cook in the kitchen but it was fully stocked. Microwave is also sophisticated. Pay attention to its automatic open/close buttons. Our stay I would say was 10/10. We would definitely be back.

This house was amazing! The views were breathtaking. It was a great stay we definitely weren’t expecting so much and Lee was super nice he kept in touch at all times making sure my group was okay and if we needed any tips on where to go! I’d definitely recommend anyone to visit and stay at this place!
